By accessing or using Utility Lab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Description of service
Utility Lab provides browser-based utilities for image editing, text manipulation, developer tasks, and unit conversion. Tools are provided “as is”, primarily processed locally within your browser.
Your content
You retain full ownership of any files or text you process using Utility Lab. Because processing happens locally in your browser for all active tools, we do not receive, store, or have any ability to access your content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Utility Lab to process content that is unlawful, infringes on others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service in a way that degrades it for other users.
No warranty
Utility Lab is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Always keep your own backups of important files before processing them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Utility Lab and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to the service
We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will strive to communicate significant changes, particularly any change that would affect how your data is processed.
